It is with great sadness that the family of Joe (Joseph) Donald Thompson announce his sudden passing on May 2nd, 2020, at the age of 56.
Predeceased by his son, Joseph Thompson; parents, Ross and Dorothy Thompson.
Leaving to lovingly mourn, his wife, Tammy; step-son, Chad and Khai Rowe; step-daughter Crystal and Justin Noble; eight grandchildren; brother, Steve and Sandy Thompson; sister, Peggy Benedikt; nieces, Crystal, Jenn, Paige (Joe); nephews, Harley, Skylar, and Cameron; as well as many other family members and great friends (Bart, Dave, Greg and his wife Heather).
Joe enjoyed his time working and living in Yellowknife, where he had made a life with friends who became like family. Joe recently moved to Wetaskiwin with his wife to be close to family. When Joe was not working as a maintenance man at EPS Molders Inc., Joe enjoyed spending his time hunting, fishing, boating and most of all riding his Harley.
