June 16, 1937 - November 3, 2019
Leonard was born June 16, 1937 in Wetaskiwin, Alberta and passed away November 3, 2019 in the Pavilion in New Denver, B.C. He is remembered by his loving and devoted family, Wife Shannon; daughters, Sharon (Bruce), Kathy (Morgen), Donna (Doug); sons, Byron (Judy), Lee (Stacy); daughter, Shauna and a brother Stanley (June); eleven grandchildren (and partners), six great-grandchildren; best friend, Gerritt (Eleanor); numerous nieces, nephews and many good friends. Leonard was predeceased by his parents, Andrew and Ivy Olson.
Celebration of Life will be held in Wetaskiwin, Alberta in June, 2020. In Lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Leonard, gratefully accepted to Alzheimer Society of B.C., West Kootenay Resource Center. (#300-828 West 8 Ave. Vancouver B.C. V5Z 1E2)
