Dear editor,
Regarding the article in The Pipestone Flyer, Feb. 21, 2019, “County of Wetaskiwin decides 6-1 to consider audit.”
I believe the audit should be done, as there is too much duplication of job positions, to see if right employees are qualified for administrative positions and departments are overloaded with assistant directors.
There should be a cutback on overloaded staff and unqualified staff in departments.
I would encourage council to have an organizational review and efficiency audit done.
Councilors are elected by constituents and should be more open to them.
